April 29, 2010

-I have felt unjustified posting because my life hasn't been as exciting, so unexciting stuff has seemed exciting, but you as a reader will just have to suffer through it.
-In math I drew Spock saying "This again, lets bounce" on my next classes math homework, I can't wait to pass it in. Math was exciting today actually, well not really. It was actually so boring, that it got me thinking about saving people. When I'm bored I start day dreaming about scenarios where I'd be an EMT or Lifeguard or something, since I am a lifeguard.... Well I just imagined me saving people through epic sagas involving CPR, spies, and explosions. That was really exciting.
-The rest of my day wasn't exciting until i learned about the Aurora Boriealis in Physics. I already new about everything we learned, but they are still intriguing (I didn't know the equations behind the theories though), and we got to watch a excerpt of "Hunt for Red October".
-The next cool thing is when I won civilization revolution by crushing everyone, they were crushed.
-Next was the Ultimate game we had. That was really fun. The only frustrating thing was that I had to be a handler most of the time. You may not know what that is, but I'm bad at it. So it was frustrating, you can understand that.We lsot 9 to 13, but gave them a run for their money. And the wind was WICKED, it was crazy, along with the fact that it, snowed, rained, was sunny, and was extremely windy today, The weather was a temper tantrum today.
-Lastly was my swim lessons, the only thing interesting there. Was while trying to teach a kid how to swim fly. He got frustrated and started pounding his face in with his fist, and then tried to drowned himself. Then he came back up though, after realizing he didn't actually want to die. But he was having a great time and everything, and then he just snapped, I don't know why. All I did was suggest he turn his palms inwards instead of flat down, he didn't like it very much though.

-Today, I parked next to the same incorrectly parked car, in the same place, I didn't expect to do that. I have an ultimate game that I am looking forward to today, we haven't on one yet though... Overall, life has dulled down since vacation ended, 7 weeks left until summer.

April 25, 2010

-I've been too busy living it up over vacation to post, I get home very late every night and often go to bed at 2:00a.m., but I love it hahah. Due to this, this entry will summarize the past five days and the cool things that happened.
-At one point during vacation, I won a Magic Card game by creating and attacking with 69 1/1 white flying Pegasus tokens. It was amazing, nothing could have made me happier.
-Probably the coolest thing this vacation, was when I flew my kite out of my sunroof of my car. We sped up and down a street and around a roundabout blasting Jamie T techno music and flying the kite. By we I mean a bunch of my friends. It was very cool, it even worked a lot of the time, but once the kite hit the ground going 20/30mph, it got destroyed, it's still trashed, I might fix it with duct tape though.
-Today I took some Gertz posters and put them at a local Starbucks on the window, but I had them face inwards so people inside could see, it was very fun.
-It's 1:30am, and I'm sure there's a lot more that happened, but I just can't remember, I'd like to sleep. So, this entry will most likely be expanded upon at a future date.

April 20, 2010

-Sorry about the sporadic posting, but I've thought this blog over. Instead of boring you through my whole day like a story. I'm only going to tell you the stuff that stands out, really, the parts you want to read.
-Today, I had to drag myself out of bed at 10:30am, haha I say that as if it's a bad thing. I was very fortunate to stay in bed that long. I woke at 10:00am, but had hoped to lay around for an hour or two, but I had to get up. I did this to fix my car. After the state inspection, the estimated total I'd have to spend was $781.00. So my mom is forcing me to try another mechanic to see and fix only what I absolutely need to pass inspection.
-Before I went to the mechanics though I had cleaned out my car, I find that notable because it was so trashed. I took almost everything out of it, now I have two huge piles in my room, piles of a bunch of crap and cool things.
-I played a 4 player game of magic (free for all/plains walk), and I was happy because my token generator deck won. I don't win to often, or not due to me doing things correctly, usually only because others screw up big time. Either way, I won fair and square, pretty well. Which was ironic, because I earlier the game had asked someone to kill me because I just wasn't having fun. Then at the end of the game everyone forfeited because they weren't having fun, but I think I would have beat them anyways, unless they had a crazy mess me up card, but I think they would have played it by then.
-After that win, I played a 2 headed giant game. Basically, my team "The other team is fags team" got up to 69 life, then used a card to put 69 1/1 white Pegasus tokens with flying into play. Then we won the game with them, it was the sweetest victory I ever tasted.
-Now I'm about to go to bed, my toung aches a bit on the right deep side, I might have pinched it with my molar. Besides that, I'm really happy, it was a good day once it picked up. I also think the second mechanic I'm bringing my car to will have a much cheaper offer for me, so I'm not to worried.

Note- Yesterday I played a sick game of Axis and Allies, but since it's still raging on, I don't want to talk about it and give away any of my plans or jeopardize the game. You will surely hear about this game ona latter post.

OH GOD while typing that note, my T.V. was on. It froze! Every single one of the channels are stuck on the image that was there right as it froze, and the sound broke. I'm actually very scared, stuff like that frightens me, kind of like how I really get frightened by channel 2.....

April 14, 2010

-Before I post this entry, I have to apologize for not enlightening (the very few) reader of my blog about yesterday. Maybe I will go back and write it in a past form, so keep your eyes peeled, but for now I will elaborate on today's eventful day.
-(this will not be about the lunch, I want this entry to be like a story)I woke up early to bring my crepe mix and crepe maker into class, confused? Let me break it down for you. So yesterday I received word that we were not going to do math in math class. My whole class had decided to boycott learning, of course we couldn't just out right not learn. We needed something to move onto instead of learning. We decided to throw a surprise party, except the only person surprised would be the teacher. So, I batched together a bit of crepe mix and decided that would be my contribution. This went along with a good hour or so of back and fourth planning through a facebook discussion. Back to Today.
-So I woke up very early, half an hour earlier than usual to make sure I could be early to set up the "surprise". Although I had the crepes, there was also cake chips popcorn soda cookies and more, it was great. So we all waited for the teacher to open her room, and then get her coffee. While getting her coffee I took the initiative, because no one else really wanted to, to put everything on a table in the middle of our class. At this point there was no going back, it was all or bust. Luckily it was all! The teacher came back to a nice surprise. She was happy at our idea, but also informed us that she is at a part in her career right now where she is under heavy scrutiny. She said if we don't learn today, she will be fired. So we all felt bad and went along with learning for about a minute, but somehow we shifted the class back into a party. It was smooth sailing from there. I used all of my crepe mix and had a ton of fun, plus 0% learning happened, it was great.
-The bell rang and i almost skipped off to English, I was in such a good mood, but it was not made to last. Although my English teacher is a great person, and a riot outside of school, in school he's something else. We got there, and immediately sunk into debating gun control (which I finally finished that huge essay about it yesterday). This was fine, and had potential, but again my whole group agreed on everything, it was pointless. Then we were promised something fun at the end of class, but all we got was multiple choice questions about an excerpt from an author who I took a liking to. Still though, questions aren't fun.... After what seemed to be 1000 sun spot cycles and a leap more, the class finally ended. This only led to a much alike boring French class, which I won't mention to much.
-Then the second half of French, the fun started to come! We played French Pictionary. I was very good at this and had an amazing time, but then the bell rang. Again, it was not meant to last. I went down to physics which was boring, nothing else needs to be said, until the second half. Then we watched a very old school video about these top notch scientists and magnetism. One talked very smart, one was called "Beans", they'd say "Beans, give it more poop" which I guess was what they called juice, or energy. Then there was my favorite, a man who didn't talk much, but manged to be in the background of almost every scene, a man with a pipe. he looked like a classic scientist, I was impressed. Then in the middle of this film, my teacher stopped it to point something out, I was expecting it to be educational. What he said though, was he pointed out that the phone had just rang, and this top notch scientist, the best one in the country at the time (or one of the best) had simply blown off whoever called. My teacher made the point that he was such a good scientist, it very well might have been the president calling, and this guy just blew him off.
-BING, schools out. Thank god, that was an eventful, but seemingly snail passed kind of day. I then went to Amnesty. We discussed the trip on Friday, which starts at 3am and ends roughly around the same time 24 hours later. It is a long ride and tough trip, but human rights is worth it. After this, I went swimming. Although I was the only one there most of the time, two track girls came in and water jogged while I swam. I didn't like this, it made me feel like I was being watched and lowered my confidence, but sure enough I got a mile done. I should have done more, but I got there late, plus my friend who was suppose to meet me their and swim with me, never showed. I assume he went to the Ultimate game I couldn't make (or didn't want to make) that had came up last minute today.
- I then went to Walmart to buy my supplies, which was a very funny part, in terms of my day. I wandered around looking for supplies, while my friend (I've referenced so many friends by this point, I'm sorry for the confusion) unconspicuously turned everything he found up side down. He didn't care about getting kicked out, I really enjoyed it, but deep inside I knew that I really did car about getting kicked out. Just something in me knew that the employees already get harassed by the company, and I would only make there lives harder by acting funny, and that flipping things over hurts the employees not the company. Even though this wasn't for me, it was deffinetley fun to watch. I also enjoyed when he took a huge ball, and just threw it and then walked to a different isle calmly, and nobody cared, it was hilarious.
-Following this I went to his house where I planned out the final doings of the Grande Sandwich Hunt. I had my same friend from Walmart, help me decide if they made enough sense to use, and we revised them to be usable, it was good to have the help.
-After this I got a phone call from my mom talking about my uncle, apparently he was serious when he said he wanted to buy me a laptop, so I'm getting one for free, how cool is that? The downside was, that I had to call him with more of an idea of what I wanted. I was fine with this, but calling was harder than I though. First I called the wrong number, it was some girl named Aaron, she was very nice. Then I attempted again, it was Aaron again. We actually had a short conversation about me calling the same wrong number twice, she was very nice. Then i got a hold of my uncle and things went as would be expected, we talked about specifications and stuff, I thanked him a bunch, blah blah blah. I'm thankful for the laptop, but I doubt this portion is worth reading, so I continue....
-As I hung up the phone, I saw ANOTHER friend on a walk. It just so happened I had made the call while standing on a roof, so seeing him was easy. We had a good conversation, then we taught him how to drive a car in a graveyard, I was impressed. He did very well for his first time.
-This ended in 20 minutes which then led me to set up the Grande Sandwich Hunt. I had a lot of fun doing this, I set it up with an adequateness I know. Well I thought he was an acquaintance, I had heard a lot about him, both good and bad. But ultimatley, it is you who has to decide. I really like him, I decided. He is a very similar person to, in terms of where we are in life, we are basically in the same position. Although that "position" isn't something I really want to get into for public viewing, I'll leave it at saying we had a lot more in common than I thought we did. Then my mom called up raging like a hurricane WHERE ARE YOU, She was upset I wasn't home, I explained to her, and then she was only enraged, instead of hurricane level. Her calling me caused me to put my phone back in a less secure spot, which was horrible. Because it fell out of my pocket, and it took me a good 15 minutes for me and my friend (former adequateness) to find it. I was actually leaving back to my car as I heard it's "I'm dying, no battery, give me attention" noise. it was the only time I enjoyed that noise.
-I don't even remember my lunch, wow....
-I sit here exhausted, still having to type an FRQ for history. My feet are cleaned, they feel nice, I already have a drink, I only need to finish this homework. Thanks for reading this huge entry, at least someone did it.

April 12, 2010

-My pizza today, left me in mystery. The mushrooms were pretty heavy, but I think I enjoyed it. I'd give it a 7. Anythings better than the pizza I experienced on Friday, well that's a lie. IT was actually an amazing pizza when it came to taste, they just didn't make the dough (it was a deep pan) correctly. So when I attempted to pick it up, the dough feel apart into like 11 pieces, it hadn't been rolled I suspect.
-My day started in a hurry. When I went to turn off my dual alarm clock, I accidentally set the second one to music mode, and then turned off the first one. Then I went back to bed awaiting the second alarm, which went off, but I had the radio on silent, so it didn't make noise. In a tricky way i essentially disabled my alarm clock this morning.
-At school, I had a crappy math test, although I think I did well, any surprise test in math is the worst. Then I had to work on a huge English essay over gun control. I've taken 6+ pages of notes on the topic and it has to be a 3-5 page essay. I'm having/had trouble forming my opinion, whatever. Next I had french, we finished up the movie "Les Miserables" which had a surprising suicidal (but classic to American Media) twist at the end, leaving the hero triumphant. Through watching this I decided it was a sick movie, and I also like indie films, they're cool. I like the message they convey, which is always different, but also always quality. My last block was a huge Physics test. Most of it was written, but at one part we had to manipulate a circuit, showing where to hook up volt and amp meters to measure potential differences and currents and such. I aced that part (and did well on the rest), but it was so nerve racking having the teacher inspect this tangible grade resting right in front of you. School couldn't have gotten out fast enough, after all those huge projects and tests I was ready for sandwich club. Although the depressing reality hit me that no one ever brings a sandwich, but that's alright I guess. I like our decision today to make sandwich club a bring your own sandwich permanent basis and not require members to have to do much of anything, it makes the club more fun.
-Next came the real highlight of my day. I took out some money from my bank, and went to buy a copy of Axis and Allies in great condition for $20 at a hobby shop, it was such a good deal! I'm so excited to get playing with some friends. I also found they have in stalk a Magic The Gathering card called Doubling Season, although it's selling for around $20, I think i might get it, because that's a good deal on that card. It would also REALLY help out my deck, I only hope I'm not endangering it still being their by posting this.
-After this I went to work which was dull, and after that I actually went on a fairly decent night run. 2 or 3 miles I suspect, I was proud of my motivation to get myself to run.
-I'm ending my day complete, I did a lot of stuff I've been pushing off, it felt good to get it all done. I also washed my feet and I'm enjoying their crisp feel.

-Notable- Yesterday I beat my friend at Battle Ball, well it's half time. But I scored the first point, I'm very excited about this, it was funny when both our huge guys took out the other huge guys, it's a game you have to know to appreciate. Well anyways, it's going to be when we play the second half, I hope it goes over well, I'd really like to win. Also, after winning on the ride home, I found "The Final Countdown" on the radio and blasted it, I officially felt like a football champ (battle ball that is....).

April 8, 2010

-The crust on my pizza today was very satisfy, just the cheese all came off in one piece, I'd rate it a 7.
-Notably, my day started early as I rushed into work, last minute looking for a cover due to my band concerts shifted schedule at 7:00p.m., I found one and was happy.
-My whole week has been a faced pace non stop action scene. Well, minus the action anyways. More like, the classroom equivalent of action, so a lot of learning. Although I had a great week, today was it's climax, and I am just going to cover today, plus- "every great man, has even greater mysteries" ~Lucas Ashbaugh. Today math was a drag, but I drew a cool teacher for my picture, and actually learned what she has been trying to teach us for the past two weeks, it's pretty simple when you overcome the boredom. In English I received my frisbe and Ultimate uniform I bought. But I had to temporarily give the firsbe to someone else cause I lost his. I will take it back when I find his. My Ultimate number is 5. I liked that because there are five fingers on a hand, 5 letters in the word great along with multiple body parts, and five is a perfect medium between 1 and 10.
-Next came French, where I actually learned a lot and was very useful in class, a rarity in my books. I had fun in that class, partly because the second half we watched "Les Miserables", that was fun.
- Physics was mainly dull, it was a review day. Although I did get some specialized alone time with the teacher to learn stuff I didn't understand once the rest of my class up'ed and left to go watch a video in a different class.
-After school, as usual, is where my real day started. I went to amnesty and then to my friends house. Soon after we went to our very first ultimate game. Our coach said they had only been together for like a week, and would be an easy kill. It turns out WE! were the kill! They massacred us 15 to 1! It was crazy. When they said they ahd only been together for a week, they meant school officially. They had been together unofficially for 4 years and were all seniors. We got our butts kicked, really bad. It was a fun game though, also, we played well it was just their level of expertise, we're not bad at all, just not pro yet.
-I left the game immediately after and rushed to my band concert, that was really uneventful except for feeling very hot the whole time, it was uncomfortable. I had to carry the tuba a bunch, which I do over my shoulder. I even impressed two girls by doing so, it was funny.
-Now I'm home with a high fatigue rate bulging in my eyes. I will go to bed shortly, after some homework reading and online fun. I'm to lazy to wash my feet and thirsty. Tomorrows Friday!

April 4, 2010

-I got candy, no complaining baout that.
-Today was a very good day. Since I now teach at 8:00a.m. Saturday mornings, it was the only day all week I got to sleep in. I woke up at 11:30-12:00 ish (in the moorning/afternoon) and listened to fun music. Then my mom showed me a cool movie called, "The Amazing Mr. Fox", if you read this blog, you should watch it. Next I made plans to get together with my friend after my run down at the beach. While it was happening, I was jsut baout to leave to run (we were planning via facebook) when "Jogging Gorgeous Summer" by The Islands started playing on my Pandora station. A coincidence?, who knows! So I ran about 8 laps of the bech, and on the 3rd one I saw my English Teacher/Ultimate Coach, we said hi. That was cool. Well, then I went into the old port with my friend and tried to find a drink. NO WHERE was open, it was frustrating, I was sooooooo thirsy. I finnaly hopped in my car and went to a convinience store and grabbed a drink there. That led to my friend and I playing frisbee and joining up with yet another friend. They played Magic Cards (I forgot mine) while I drew a picture of another one of my friends (who wasn't present, but I am excited to present this to him) being a puss. The picture re-enacts a scene yesterday where he wouldn't drink Orange Juice because it had pulp. Then, because he wwas a puss he got soda spilt on him, and wouldn't change into a new shirt even though he was uncomfertable. P-U-S-S. Jusst before leaving I played a Magic game which lasted so long as a stalmate, that I milled the other player unintentionally, that was disatisfyingly funny.
-Now I'm home baout to start A LOT of history homework, rushing through this blog entry knowing every minute I'm up is one I'm not sleeping. I'm also eating candy. Today was worth living.

April 1, 2010

-The pizza today was like a swamp of black olives. They had infeste dmy pizza with their slimey and gooky ways. I was not impressed, 5 (the rest of the veggies were still good).
-I forgot to mention yesterday that in Physics I was hooked up to a pulse moniter, and I rested and then mildly excersied. My physics teacher said I have a very big heart. I liked that for some reason. Then he continued and told me it was also very healthy and returned back to rest very fast. But my pulses on the graph were very extreme in comparison to other's. I told my friends, but then I found out one has a murmor, and the other a bad heart. So then I stopped telling people ebcause I felt bad....
-Today I had a pretty simple day at school, I somehow brought my Accounting grade from a 92 to a 97, which was very cool because I would liek to go to a business college. The odd thing though, was that I barley did anythign to bring up my grade, it was really cool, and a nice surprise. The est of school isn't worth mentioning.
-After school I brought a few friends home who were desperaste for a ride, and then came back to school to play some original style frissbe with two friends until the weight room opened up. Then I wen tin there and I worked out, it hurt because I'ms till sore from tuesday, but it was a pain different than most pains. I was able to push through it for the most part, but it wasn't fun. Then I chilled for 10mins and went off to Ultimate. That was fun today. My team lsot the skirmish we did today, but made off with the accomplishment of some reallllllyyyy nice plays. Ultimate is a lot more strategy than I thought, I like it.
-Now I'm home listening to pandora about to go to bed, but I'm glad my pandora station i sback online. Aparently you only get 40 free hours a month, and I always run out with like three days left, so I don't want to pay for the month when I cann wait for three days to be up and then listen. Now I got 40 mroe hours, and I'm happy. I like good music, and don't like bad music.
-I end my day very sore in a lot of muscles. Everytime I try to sneeze, which isn't too often, I can't because when my diaphram lurches the shocking ache of my muscles puts my sneezes at bay. I already washed my feet, and don't know if I will do it again. I think I will, I'm also going to grab more juice, that will be fun.
